Undeniably, Jeremy isn't one of the more good looking guys on this season of The Bachelorette, because all eyes are on Graham. Neither is Jeremy the sweetest guy in the bunch, because that would have to be Jason, the sensitive single dad. But of course, there's something about Jeremy that does make him stand out from the crowd. Some might think it's the way he communicates with DeAnna, or the way he looks so taken every time she walks into the room. Jeremy comes across to us viewers as a totally sincere guy who isn't into the camera hogging--so why is everybody hating on him? The second episode showed us how DeAnna discovered her connection with Jeremy. When she got a chance for some alone time with him, he opened up to her about his family life, revealing how he lost his mother and father. This was something DeAnna could totally relate to, because she lost her mother at a very young age. Because of this, the two formed a bond that none of the other guys could ever understand, more also because of the fact that he did not disclose this information with the other men. While everyone else is hating, we believe that Jeremy is playing it as cool as possible, taking every opportunity he has with DeAnna. There's not much blaming to do. With this kind of competition, one must do everything he can to make an impression and more importantly, make a connection with the woman whose heart you are trying to captivate. Last night, Ron did a stupid move of proclaiming himself the president of the "Jeremy Haters Club." What made it lamer was that he was the oldest guy in the competition, and had the most relationship experience, but he had no idea how to handle himself when communicating with DeAnna. The other more sensible men just kept quiet and waited around for what's to happen next for DeAnna and Jeremy. Besides, their fate does lie in the hands of DeAnna alone.
