I have always loved sports equipment. I like the odor of a new baseball mitt, the feel of new bat, and the stiffness of a new pair of soccer cleats. It doesn't matter which sport really. I like outdoor sporting equipment, hockey equipment - I have tried every sport I could try, and I like them all. There is nothing nicer than new gear and a friendly match between friends. Most people fit into one of two categories regarding playing sports. Either they are good at sports or they're not interested in sports. There are few people who are good at sports but not interested in them, and few people who are interested in sports but not good at them. I bucked the fashion. I like sport equipment because I like sports, But I have never been better than mediocre at a single one. As a kid,I took martial arts classes, but could never get to black belt. I was in little league baseball, but I spent a lot of the time on the bench. I did not mind. I like collecting the sports equipment, coming for the games, and perhaps even be lucky enough to play. Nowadays, I don't have as many chances to play sports games as I used to. Many of my sports equipment is resting on outdoor shelving in my garage, collecting dust. Nonetheless, Every now and then, I still get to use some of the equipment sports. The outdoor sports equipment, in particular, has been used a lot this spring. The weather was very nice, and it has been difficult to remain inside any more than I need to. I have been mountain biking, hiking, and I even got to play a friendly game of soccer. It has been nice to pull out the old sports equipment and try it on again. I always have to take a friend with me when I go to the equipment sports store. You understand, my love of sports equipment makes it really hard for me to hold back my wallet. I come up with all types of strange reasons for getting improbable gear. I bought a new sports radio the other day, for example, even though I don't go jogging. I almost had to buy some hiking shoes that I liked even though my old ones are still in a very goos shape. Having a friend with me is the only way to avoid making mistakes with my purchases.
