KaZuum is a free social classifieds site dedicated to helping you simplify your life. We provide a network of users, profiles, and tools to help you manage your needs easier so you can be less involved in managing your life and instead focus on living your life. Some of the tools we have to help facilitate transactions: Market: free classifieds, auction, barter, freecycle, or post needs for items and services. Trust: user profile, feedback rating system, recommendations from friends, past transaction histories Network: build and maintain friend network via friends list, chat, groups, degrees of separation, message system, discussions, friend post notifications, and event signup features. What inspired you to launch your own website? We believe that trust and intelligence can be brought to the classifieds industry. In the last 10 years, various sites with a myriad of technologies have emerged, none of which have been applied to this problem in a concerted manner. KaZuum is the natural evolution of multiple technologies which are essentially "no brainers" that have not yet been implemented in trying to solve the problems associated with classical classifieds. How did you decide on a name for your website? KaZuum was a domain name easily purchased. Being a web 2.0 site, we wanted to go with an emotive, onomatopoetic name that elicited speed, power, and efficiency (ka, and zuum). And it only cost us 20 bucks. What makes your website different from other, similar offerings? What makes KaZuum unique is the team behind it. We are driven to provide our users with the best tools they can have to navigate classifieds, as well as the network of friends that melds the system together in trust. We welcome feature requests and strive to continually improve the site experience with regards to usability, effectiveness, and efficiency. Having a small team forces us to focus on automated solutions that work the first time and every time.
