So many men have asked if they should stretch the penis as hard as possible while performing penis stretching exercise or not. Well, for those of you who are beginner in penis enlargement exercise, I really recommend you to not stress your penis too much. I know you are eager to see results immediately, but stretching your penis with high intensity will only hurt it. Basically you should do what feels best to you.
The best way of doing penis stretching is first by doing a warm-up exercise. It can be done by wrapping a small towel fully soaked with warm water from the base of your penis through the head of it. Or, alternatively you can perform the exercise immediately after you have a nice hot shower.
After you feel that you are ready to perform the exercise, grab the head of your penis and stretch it to it's maximum stretching capability. Hold it for 10 - 15 seconds and than release. Repeat the process and perform the exercise for 5 - 10 minutes. However, don't over stretch it. If you performed it properly, you should feel comfortable and you should not feel any pain at all throughout the exercise.
I should warn you that when you are done, the head may appear to be misshapen. But don't be afraid, it is temporary, and it can be dealt by a combination of "rolling" the head between your hands to keep the blood flowing into the head and push the shape back into it's original shape.
When you are done, perform the warm-down procedure by re-applying a small warm towel to your penis, similar to what you have done with the warm-up exercise. And after that, you can apply a gold bond heavy duty moisturizer.
Another trick is to take a sheet of toilet paper and wrap it around the base of the head to give a good grip. This works well when you are not in a shower situation. However, I don't think that stretching really does anything unless it's warmed up and ready to be stretched.
