When I began forming my team of great business builders on a local basis I informed those considering the possibility that I was looking for a certain type of person and I actually only offered it to those who fit the criteria below. It didnt really matter whether all, one or none of these leaders took me up on the offer. My plan was to build great business builders from the stock of great business builders and I was simply offering the opportunity to those whom I knew personally before going to the rest of the world by online marketing. Building Businesses Online is an opportunity that is not appropriate for everyone. Since direct marketing is quite different from multi level marketing the quantity of the team is much less important than the quality of the team members. Decisive Marketing Great business builders show their hand because they are decisive and focus quickly on what needs to be done to start building businesses online.
