Modern society has always place great emphasis on a person outwardly appearances instead of what is it inside a person. For example, for a healthy lifestyle, we need to eat foods that are conducive for good health. This means no junk foods. When we remove the element of junk foods from our lives...weight loss will follow automatically. There is no need to fast, skip meals etc. Just do what is necessary for a natural healthy life. We are programmed to thinking and worrying all the time in such a way that we cannot try not to think! But if you are serious about weight loss, the only way to achieve your goal is by relaxing and enjoying the present moment. Enjoy your life, and you will see how easily you become slimmer! When you learn to enjoy your life, whatever people offer in terms of tips, advices, insinuations or even insults will not affect you at all. Live life for yourself and not for the sake of others. Your own happiness comes from within yourself. Losing weight will come naturally when you start to value a healthy lifestyle. If you can lose weight but not be happy, then what purpose will all your efforts achieve then? And when you managed to lose weight, at the end of the day, you will still be preoccupied with the petty things of how you can maintaining your weight.
